When we're dealing with the best interests of the child, in keeping with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, should the language not be stronger in the act, to make the best interests of the child the primary consideration in any choices made, rather than the reference you have now in the act that it will be one of the factors to be taken into consideration?
