If children under the age of 16 had to get their parents' consent, the Bloc Quebecois believes, first of all, that a standard for all children could be established and, furthermore, the government could surely find an effective way of applying this standard and of involving the airlines so that each time a plane ticket is reserved, the forms, consent and authorizations can be sent immediately.
Si tout enfant de moins de 16 ans avait l'obligation d'obtenir l'autorisation des parents, le Bloc québécois pense tout d'abord qu'on pourrait avoir une norme applicable à tous les enfants et de plus, on pourra sûrement trouver, au gouvernement, une façon efficace de l'appliquer et d'impliquer les compagnies aériennes pour qu'à chaque fois qu'on réserve des billets d'avion, on puisse tout de suite envoyer les formulaires, les consentements et les autorisations.
