Their appointment, their promotion and disciplinary rules or transfer, and any interruption or termination of appointment by whatever procedure shall be the subject of reasoned decisions to be forwarded, for information, to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission and the Court of Auditors.
Les mesures relatives à leur nomination, à leur avancement, aux sanctions disciplinaires ou mutations et aux diverses modalités d'interruption ou de cessation des fonctions doivent faire l'objet de décisions motivées, qui sont communiquées pour information au Parlement, au Conseil, à la Commission et à la Cour des comptes.
