I am also thinking it is too bad your Chair is not here today of the first agreement signed by the Motion Picture Export Association of America with any government, be it provincial, federal or at any other level, the agreement known as the Bacon-Valenti agreement, the effect of which was to promote distribution in Quebec of certain products which had until then been distributed by the members of the MPEAA.
