As regards NR’s own contribution, the Commission expressed doubts in paragraph 60 of the extension decision whether it would be sufficient since some of the measures in the first restructuring plan that could be regarded as own contribution were abandoned in the amended restructuring plan, in particular the active redemption policy and the cap on new lending.
