9. fait valoir que, dans sa note sur les décisions de passer outre les refus de visa des contrôleurs financiers des institutions pour l'exercice 1999, conformément à l'article 39, paragraphe 3, du règlement financier, la Cour des comptes commente les affaires 99/7 et 99/9, qui le concernent, sans tenir compte en aucune manière des arguments sur lesquels le Bureau s'est fondé pour décider de passer outre lesdits refus; observe que l'Office européen de lutte antifraude a été invité à mener une enquête à ce propos et que l'on attend ses conclusions;
