In addition, the EU should support the reform of the African aviation sector with a view to share with the African regional organisations the experience of the EC internal market and consolidate the exchange of regulatory and operational know-how, technology transfer[xxii] and technical assistance, in particular in the area of safety, security and air traffic management.
De surcroît, l’UE devrait soutenir la réforme du secteur de l’aviation africaine, afin de faire bénéficier les organisations régionales africaines de l’expérience du marché intérieur communautaire et consolider l’échange de savoir-faire réglementaire et opérationnel, les transferts de technologie[xxii] et l’assistance technique, notamment en matière de sûreté, de sécurité et de gestion du trafic aérien.
