They've been issued a deportation order, but we don't place enough emphasis on actually executing that deportation order, because they're not necessarily a security risk. I think if the situation is serious enough that someone has been issued a deportation order, then frankly we should do everything we can as an enforcement agency to execute that order and remove them from the country.
