In terms of dealing with organized crime, one of the reasons we're moving on identity theft is just for that reason and I heard this very loud and clear some time ago when I was in Montreal people collecting and moving information, using computers, sometimes moving it offshore, out of the country, and then using it for ultimately an illegal purpose.
