(35) As regards the keeping of the accounts, it is necessary to specify the principles applicable to the accounting ledgers, the trial balance, the periodical reconciliation of the totals in that balance and the inventory, and to specify the components of the chart of accounts adopted by the Commission's accounting officer.
(35) En ce qui concerne la tenue de la comptabilité, il importe de préciser les principes applicables en matière de tenue des livres comptables, de balance générale des comptes, de rapprochement périodique des soldes de cette balance ainsi que d'inventaire et de définir les éléments du plan comptable arrêté par le comptable de la Commission.
