16. invite la Commission et le Conseil à réaliser, dans le cadre du principe de différenciation, une analyse objective et transparente afin de revoir les indicateurs utilisés pour évaluer le développement et d'en augmenter le nombre, en allant au-delà du niveau de revenus, mais en interprétant les critères économiques à la lumière d'autres facteurs comme l'indice de pauvreté, de vulnérabilité et de crise d'ECHO, le coefficient de Gini et le coefficient d'inégalité; prévient que le classement des pays en fonction du niveau de revenus se fonde sur des calculs qui masquent l'inégalité et la pauvreté;
