History has taught us that, at certain times, especially in times of economic crisis, citizens express manifest disappointment in the political systems regarding the dispensation of justice while, at the same time, the greater the influence a state has at economic and social level, the greater the number of disputes there are between citizens and the bodies of state.
L’histoire nous a appris qu’à certains moments, et surtout en temps de crise économique, les citoyens expriment vivement leur déception vis-à-vis des systèmes politiques en matière d’administration de la justice. Parallèlement, plus l’État a d’influence au niveau économique et social, plus les différends sont nombreux entre les citoyens et les organes de l’État.
