The Agency may, with the agreement of the Member States concerned, invite observers from third countries to participate in its activities at the external borders referred to in Article 14, return operations referred to in Article 28, return interventions referred to in Article 33 and training referred to in Article 36, to the extent that their presence is in accordance with the objectives of those activities, may contribute to improving cooperation and the exchange of best practices, and does not affect the overall safety of those activities.
7. L'Agence peut, avec l'accord des États membres concernés, inviter des observateurs de pays tiers à participer à ses activités aux frontières extérieures visées à l'article 14, aux opérations de retour visées à l'article 28, aux interventions en matière de retour visées à l'article 33 et à la formation visée à l'article 36, dans la mesure où leur présence est conforme aux objectifs de ces activités, peut contribuer à l'amélioration de la coopération et à l'échange de bonnes pratiques, et ne porte pas atteinte à la sécurité générale de ces activités.
