An aircraft which is being subjected to unlawful interference shall endeavour to set the transponder to Code 7500 and notify the appropriate ATS unit of, any significant circumstances associated therewith and any deviation from the current flight plan necessitated by the circumstances, in order to enable the ATS unit to give priority to the aircraft and to minimise conflict with other aircraft.
Un aéronef qui est l’objet d’une intervention illicite s’efforce de régler le transpondeur sur le code 7500 et d’aviser l’organisme ATS compétent de toutes circonstances importantes associées à cette intervention et de tout écart par rapport au plan de vol en vigueur qu’exigeraient les circonstances afin de permettre à cet organisme ATS de lui accorder la priorité et de réduire le plus possible toute incompatibilité avec la circulation des autres aéronefs.
