Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. 2. Any capitalised term not otherwise defined in this Agreement will have the meaning that it has at that time, (i) for Member States, under Council Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (4) or, where applicable, the domestic law of the Member State applying the Agreement, and (ii) for Liechtenstein, under its domestic law, such meaning being consistent with the meaning set forth in Annexes I and II.
