Nisga'a government is structured in two levels: Nisga'a Lisims government will be the central government, responsible for those things that touch all Nisga'a citizens such as language and culture.

The Nisga'a Final Agreement Act and the Nisga'a Final Agreement are, in part, intended to modernize Nisga'a government and to create a local government structure for the Nisga'a people which is democratic, accountable and effective.

Specifically, the only Nisga'a laws that would fit that category are those that are related to the administration of Nisga'a government, to the management of Nisga'a lands and assets, to Nisga'a citizenship, and to Nisga'a culture and language.
