4. An objection under paragraph 3 shall only be admissible if it is made prior to the start of proceedings before the Board of Appeal, or, where the information constituting the grounds for the objection becomes known after the proceedings have started, within the deadlines laid down in the Board of Appeal's rules of procedure. The Board of Appeal member concerned shall be notified of the objection and shall state whether he or she agrees to be excluded.
4. Une demande de récusation en vertu du paragraphe 3 est introduite, sous peine d'irrecevabilité, antérieurement au début de la procédure devant la chambre de recours ou, lorsque l'information motivant la récusation est connue postérieurement à l'ouverture de celle-ci, dans le délai fixé par le règlement intérieur de la chambre de recours. Le membre de la chambre de recours concerné est informé de l'objection et fait savoir s'il accepte la récusation.
