b) rescinds those undertakings in respect of social and economic matters and environmental, fisheries and agricultural concerns deem
ed, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 21(2) of the Act, to be terms or conditions set out in Schedule III to the Act, insofar as they apply to Foothills (North B.C.), except that undertaking referred to in item 7, under the heading “Compensation”, contained in “APPENDIX 5-2”, on page 9 of 41, Volume 3 of the REASONS FOR DECISION, NORTHERN PIPELINES, dated June, 1977, of the National Energy Board;

b) abroge, dans la mesure où ils visent la Foothills (North B.C.), les engagements pris à l’égard des questions socio-économiques, ainsi que les points concernant les pêches, l’agriculture et l’écologie, qui sont réputés être, en vertu des dispositions du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi, les modalités énoncées à l’annexe III de la Loi, à l’exception de l’engagement visé à l’article n 7, intitulé «Indemnisation», à la page 8-40 de l’ANNEXE 5-2, du volume 3 des MOTIFS DE DÉCISION, PIPE-LINES DU NORD, daté de juin 1977, publié par l’Office national de l’énergie; et
