Cicra objected to two practices in particular: Granting of discounts to licensed dealers for the purchase of spare parts Fiat offered discounts to its licensed dealers and other exclusive distributors of spare parts for Fiat vehicles in order to deter them from purchasing competing products.
Le CICRA contestait notemment deux pratiques : L'octroi des remises aux concessionnaires pour l'achat de pièces détachées. Fiat offrait à ses concessionnaires et aux autres distributeurs exclusifs spécialisés dans la distribution des seules pièces de rechange Fiat des remises afin de les dissuader d'acheter des produits concurrents.
