C. whereas both men were held incommunicado until 1 March 2015, and on 4 May 2015 both were charged with multiple offences under the Sudanese Penal Code of 1991, including; joint criminal acts (Article 21), undermining the constitutional system (Article 51), waging war against the state (Article 50), espionage (Article 53), unlawfully obtaining or disclosing official documents (Article 55), agitating hatred (Article 64), disturbing the peace (Article 69) and blasphemy (Article 125);
C. considérant que les deux hommes ont été détenus au secret jusqu'au 1 mars 2015 et que, le 4 mai 2015, ils ont tous les deux été accusés de plusieurs infractions au code pénal soudanais de 1991, notamment d'actes criminels en réunion (article 21), d'atteinte à l'ordre constitutionnel (article 51), de guerre contre l'État (article 50), d'espionnage (article 53), d'obtention ou de divulgation illicites de documents officiels (article 55), d'incitation à la haine (article 64), de trouble à la paix (article 69) et de blasphème (article 125);
