For aircraft not involved in commercial air transport, the approved continuing airworthiness management organisation may develop “baseline” and/or “generic” maintenance programmes in order to allow for the initial approval and/or the extension of the scope of an approval without having the contracts referred to in Appendix I to this Annex (Part M).
