Stresses once again the importance of continuous parliamentary monitoring of the implementation of budgetary decisions, which is the base for the establishment of the annual budget; is convinced that direct parliamentary control cannot but contribute to improving the quality of spending, to a more direct control of sound financial management and eventually to a re-focusing of financial support to political priorities; believes that this objective can be reached only with the full involvement of the two budgetary committees and specialised committees;
5. souligne, une fois de plus, l'importance d'un suivi parlementaire permanent de l'exécution des décisions budgétaires, qui constitue la base de l'établissement du budget annuel; est convaincu qu'un contrôle parlementaire direct ne peut que contribuer à l'amélioration qualitative des dépenses, à un contrôle plus direct de la bonne gestion financière et, finalement, à un recentrage du soutien financier sur les priorités politiques; estime que cet objectif ne peut être atteint qu'avec la pleine participation des deux commissions compétentes pour les questions budgétaires et des commissions spécialisées;
