Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. In the case of white or raw sugar the cif import price of the consignment in question shall be converted into the price of sugar of the standard quality as defined, respectively, in Points II and III of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 318/2006, or the equivalent price for the product falling within CN code 1702 90 99, as the case may be.
