On accounting matters, it should be specified that the accounting officer of each institution must produce documents describing the organisation of the accounts and the accounting procedures of that institution and define the conditions to be respected by the computerised accounting systems, in particular in order to ensure security of access and the audit trail for any changes made to the systems.
En matière de comptabilité, il conviendrait de préciser que le comptable de chaque institution doit documenter l’organisation et la procédure comptables de son institution et définir les conditions que doivent respecter les systèmes informatisés de tenue de la comptabilité, en particulier pour garantir la sécurité des accès et la piste d’audit quant aux modifications apportées aux systèmes.
