The Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, pursuant to subparagraph 4(1)(c)(iii)Footnote of the Integrated Circuit Topography ActFootnote , hereby certifies that Switzerland is a country that confers protection that is substantially equal to the protection conferred by that Act on nationals of Canada and individuals or legal entities that have in Canada a real and effective establishment for the creation of topographies or the manufacture of integrated circuit products.

The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs pursuant to subparagraph 4(1)(c)(iii) of the Integrated Circuit Topography ActFootnote , hereby certifies that the countries listed in the schedule hereto are countries that confer protection that is substantially equal to the protection conferred by that Act on nationals of Canada and individuals or legal entities that have in Canada a real and effective establishment for the creation of topographies or the manufacture of integrated circuit products.

The Commission could be asked to inform the recipient bodies of the resources it could provide with a view to encouraging dissemination of information which is, as far as possible, targeted to the type of public that information is trying to reach (e.g., university circuits, conferences and seminars, radio and TV programmes, press conferences, the Internet, etc.).
