The amounts mentioned in Article 3, paragraph 1, Article 4bis, paragraph 1, Article 7, paragraph l, and Article 8 shall be converted into the national currency of the State of the court seized of the case on the basis of the value of that currency by reference to the Special Drawing Right on the date of the judgment or the date agreed upon by the parties.
Les montants mentionnés au paragraphe 1 de l'article 3, au paragraphe 1 de l'article 4 bis, au paragraphe 1 de l'article 7 et à l'article 8 sont convertis dans la monnaie nationale de l'État dont relève le tribunal saisi du litige sur la base de la valeur de cette monnaie par rapport au droit de tirage spécial à la date du jugement ou à la date adoptée d'un commun accord par les parties.
