I want to ask you what your view is on a direct federal-municipal funding link that would maybe seek to involve willing provinces but wouldn't let an unwilling province sidetrack infrastructure needs at the municipal level and obviously major links like the 401, which goes past my riding of London, Ontario.
J'aimerais vous demander votre avis sur le lien de financement direct fédéral municipal qui ferait qu'on pourrait, peut-être, tenter d'aller de l'avant avec les provinces qui le veulent bien mais ne laisserait pas une province mal disposée faire obstacle aux besoins d'infrastructures à l'échelle municipale et, bien entendu, aux grandes artères, comme la route 401, qui traverse ma circonscription de London, en Ontario.
