3. The Commodity Board is authorized to regulate the marketing of flue-cured tobacco in interprovincial and export trade and for such purposes may, with respect to persons and property situated within the Province of Quebec, exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it in relation to the marketing of flue-cured tobacco locally within the Province of Quebec under the heading “Obligations, powers and attributions” of the Plan, excepting the powers exercisable under paragraphs (g) and (o) in subsection “And particularly” of the said heading of the Plan.
3. L’Office de commercialisation est autorisé à régler la vente du tabac jaune sur le marché interprovincial et dans le commerce d’exportation et, pour ces objets, à exercer, à l’égard des personnes et des biens qui se trouvent dans les limites de la province de Québec, tous pouvoirs semblables à ceux qu’il peut exercer quant au placement du tabac jaune, localement, dans les limites de la province de Québec en vertu de la rubrique «Obligations, pouvoirs et attributions» du Plan, sauf les pouvoirs qui peuvent être exercés en vertu des alinéas g) et o) du paragraphe «Et particulièrement» de ladite rubrique du Plan.
