(f) no eggs may leave the holding, with the exception of eggs including hatching eggs authorised by the competent authority to be sent directly to an establishment for the manufacture of egg products, as set out in Chapter II Section X of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 and to be handled and treated in accordance with Chapter IX of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004; where the competent authority issues such an authorisation it shall be subject to the conditions set out in Annex III to this Directive ;
(f) Aucun œuf ne doit quitter l'établissement, à l'exception des œufs, notamment à couver, dont l'autorité compétente a autorisé l'expédition directe à un établissement fabriquant des ovoproduits, conformément à l'annexe III, section X, chapitre II, du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004, et ces œufs doivent être manipulés et traités comme prescrit à l'annexe II, chapitre IX, du règlement (CE) n° 852/2004. La délivrance de ce type d'autorisation par l'autorité compétente est soumise aux conditions exposées à l'annexe III de la présente directive .
