(a) the Commodity Board of each signatory province shall appoint one member, who is a resident of Canada, from among those of the Commodity Board’s directors who are actively engaged in the production

er hatching eggs in incubators, the hatchery of that member shall be licensed by the provincial Commodity Board that is authorized to license or, in the case of the Province of Quebec, shall be covered by an association of hatcheries accredited by that pro
