The aim of this Commission decision is to facilitate the following operations, mostly in the north: 1. the distribution of food to the value of ECU 2 million to children and other vulnerable groups by the French NGO, Equilibre, which is a partner of ECHO, the European Humanitarian Office; 2. mine clearing to the value of ECU 1.5 million, to be continued by an NGO, Mines Advisory Group, whilst Handicap International and Voluntary Relief Doctors (also NGOs) will continue to provide care and fit the innumerable
