A premium of EUR 22,25 per tonne of starch produced shall be paid to undertakings producing potato starch for the quantity of potato starch up to the quota limit referred to in Article 2(2) or 2(4), provided that they have paid to potato producers the minimum price, referred to in Article 4a, for all the potatoes necessary to produce starch up to that quota limit'.
Une prime de 22,25 euros par tonne de fécule produite est versée aux féculeries pour la quantité de fécule correspondant à leur contingent maximal visé à l'article 2, paragraphes 2 ou 4, à condition qu'elles aient versé aux producteurs de pomme de terre le prix minimal visé à l'article 4 bis, pour les quantités de pommes de terre nécessaires pour assurer la production de fécule prévue au contingent'.
