À l’occasion de mes consultations parlementaires consacrées au paquet de six propositions législatives sur l’économie, ou «six-pack», j’ai souvent entendu la même critique, à savoir que les États membres, c’est à dire le Conseil, et le Conseil européen, tout en surveillant la stabilité financière au niveau macroéconomique, ne font pas grand chose pour encourager la croissance et la sortie de crise de l’économie réelle et que s’ils font quelque chose, ils n’emploient que des outils non contraignants, et que c’est là tout le contenu de la stratégie Europe 2020.
