Concerning the issue of direct supervision of institutions or infrastructures of pan-European reach and taking account of market developments, the stability of the internal market and the cohesion of the Union as a whole, the Commission shall draw up an annual report on the appropriateness of entrusting the Authority with further supervisory responsibilities in this area".
En ce qui concerne la question de la surveillance directe des établissements ou des infrastructures ayant une portée paneuropéenne, la Commission établit, en tenant compte de l'évolution du marché, de la stabilité du marché intérieur et de la cohésion de l'Union dans son ensemble, un rapport annuel sur l'opportunité de conférer à l'Autorité d'autres responsabilités en matière de surveillance dans ce domaine".
