With regard to the ‘set-aside premium’ provided for in the French aid scheme, no provision was made for such premiums under the common market organisation (CMO) and, more specifically, Council Regulation (EEC) No 456/80 of 18 February 1980 on the granting of temporary and permanent abandonment premiums in respect of certain areas under vines and of premiums for the renunciation of replanting (5).
En ce qui concerne la «prime de gel» prévue par le dispositif d'aide français, de telles primes n'étaient pas prévues par l'organisation commune des marchés (OCM) et, plus concrètement, par le règlement (CEE) no 456/80 du Conseil du 18 février 1980 relatif à l'octroi de primes d'abandon temporaire et d'abandon définitif de certaines superficies plantées en vigne ainsi que de primes de renonciation à la replantation (5).
