For the purpose of point (c) of paragraph 1, a person, entity or body shall not be considered to act at the direction of a person, entity or body referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 1 where that direction is for the purposes of docking, loading, unloading or safe transit of a vessel or aircraft temporarily in Iranian waters or airspace.

Member States should ensure a safe transition towards the classification of airspace above flight level 195 as Class C Airspace. As Member States require time to change their airspace classification, the application of this Regulation should be deferred until 1 July 2007.

Les États membres doivent assurer une transition sans risques vers la qualification de l’espace aérien au-dessus du niveau de vol 195 comme espace aérien de classe C. Les Etats membres ayant besoin de temps pour modifier leur classification de l’espace aérien, l’application du présent règlement devrait être différée jusqu’au 1er juillet 2007.
