While the municipality in this regard understands the doubt the Authority expressed in its opening decision, it has explained that although only a part of the 44 buildings of the Inner Camp was sold, the sales contract between Våler Municipality and Haslemoen AS is based on the assumption that the buyer would develop and operate the entire Inner Camp as well as the areas outside as one unit together with Våler Municipality.
Tout en comprenant les doutes émis par l’Autorité à ce sujet dans sa décision d’ouvrir la procédure, la municipalité explique que, bien qu’une partie seulement des 44 bâtiments du camp intérieur ait été vendue, le contrat de vente entre la municipalité de Våler et Haslemoen AS supposait que l’acheteur développerait et exploiterait le camp intérieur dans sa totalité ainsi que les zones extérieures comme une seule entité avec la municipalité de Våler.
