The budget spending and commitment of the budget have improved during 2005 and 2006.The underlying structure for adopting work programmes and budgets within the Commission does at present not allow activities for the whole budget year, due to continuous delays in the formal adoption process, where the first quarter is spent on formally accepting the draft budget and programme.
En 2005 et 2006, il y a eu une amélioration concernant les dépenses et engagements budgétaires. La structure sur laquelle se fonde l’adoption des programmes de travail et des budgets au sein de la Commission ne permet pas, actuellement, de mener des activités pendant tout l’exercice annuel à cause de retards constants dans la procédure officielle d’adoption, le premier trimestre étant consacré à l’approbation formelle du projet de budget et de programme.
