Je poursuis dans la même veine que M. Knutson à propos du procureur général. Quand nous discutions de l'exécution, nous avons entendu un des agents d'exécution de Colombie-Britannique exprimer son mécontentement du fait qu'en possession d'un chef d'accusation très précis, le procureur général n'en a pas moins suspendu les procédures.

To follow up on Mr. Knutson's comments about the Attorney General, it wasn't during these hearings but during enforcement, when we had one of the enforcement officers from B.C., who wasn't happy that they had what they thought was a clear pollution charge and yet the Attorney General did go in and stay the procedure.
