Until the Court's annulment of that Decision today, the Commission was required to act on the basis that the Decision was valid and accordingly, having monitored the progress of Air France's restructuring and its compliance with the commitments, and having found its performance to be satisfactory, the Commission allowed the French government to release the two subsequent tranches in 1995 and 1996.
