Les aides à la RDI seront principalement justifiées sur la base des dispositions de l’article 107, paragraphe 3, points b) et c), du traité, en vertu desquelles la Commission peut considérer comme compatibles avec le marché intérieur les aides d’État visant à promouvoir la réalisation d’un projet important d’intérêt européen commun ou à faciliter le développement de certaines activités économiques au sein de l’Union, lorsque ces aides n’altèrent pas les conditions des échanges dans une mesure contraire à l’intérêt commun.
Aid for RDI will primarily be justified on the basis of Articles 107(3)(b) and 107(3)(c) of the Treaty, according to which the Commission may consider compatible with the internal market State aid to promote the execution of an important project of common European interest or to facilitate the development of certain economic activities within the Union, where such aid does not adversely affect trading conditions to an extent which goes contrary to the common interest.
