3. Les projets EMRP sont sélectionnés et les bourses pour chercheurs attribuées à la suite d’appels à propositions respectant les principes relatifs à l’égalité de traitement, à la transparence, à l’évaluation indépendante, au cofinancement, à l’absence de profit et à la non-rétroactivité, visés à l’article 112, paragraphe 1, du règlement financier, figurant à l’annexe I de la présente décision.
3. The EMRP projects shall be selected and the researcher grants awarded following calls for proposals respecting the principles of equal treatment, transparency, independent evaluation, co-financing, funding not giving rise to profit and non-retroactivity referred to in Article 112(1) of the Financial Regulation, set out in Annex I of this Decision.
