Sur avis conforme du ministre de l’Agriculture et en vertu de l’article 2 de la Loi sur l’organisation du marché des produits agricoles, il plaît à Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil d’abroger le Décret relatif aux fruits frais de l’Ontario, C.R.C., ch. 187 et le Décret relatif aux fruits tendres de l’Ontario destinés à la transformation, C.R.C., ch. 219, et de prendre en remplacement, le Décret octroyant l’autorité de régler la vente des fruits tendres en Ontario, ci-après.
His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, pursuant to section 2 of the Agricultural Products Marketing Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the Ontario Fresh Fruit Order, C.R.C., c. 187 and the Ontario Tender Fruit-for-Processing Order, C.R.C., c. 219, and to make the annexed Order granting authority to regulate the marketing of tender fruit in Ontario in substitution therefor.
