Ainsi, tant à l’audience que dans ses observations du 19 mai 2008, elle aurait sollicité du Tribunal de la fonction publique qu’il demande la production desdits documents par l’adoption d’une mesure d’instruction, sous forme d’ordonnance, au lieu d’une simple mesure d’organisation de la procédure adoptée en vertu de l’article 55 du règlement de procédure du Tribunal de la fonction publique.
Thus, both at the hearing and in its observations of 19 May 2008, it asked the Tribunal to call for production of those documents by adopting a measure of inquiry, in the form of an order, and not merely a measure of organisation of procedure under Article 55 of the Rules of Procedure of the Civil Service Tribunal.
