(3) Si l’avis d’appel a été déposé avant l’entrée en vigueur du présent article et qu’une période de six mois suivant la date d’entrée en vigueur du présent article s’est écoulée depuis la dernière mesure prise dans l’instance et qu’aucune autre ordonnance n’a été rendue en vertu du présent article, l’appel est déclaré abandonné et le registraire dépose un avis de désistement d’appel.
