– (EN) Monsieur le Président, une très grande partie du travail réalisé par l’Union européenne, qui est pourtant sans nul doute du bon travail, est réduit à néant par des complications excessives, et notamment par des personnes qui essayent en vain d’obtenir des fonds, malgré d’énormes efforts tels que l’embauche de personnes à temps plein pendant plusieurs mois pour présenter une demande, et ce sans succès.
– Mr President, an awful lot of the undoubtedly good work done by the European Union is ruined by stories of too much complication, and particularly of people trying to get funding and not being able to access it, despite going to huge efforts such as taking on people full-time for a number of months to make an application, and then not being successful.
