Un droit exclusif, selon l’article 2, point f), est un «droit habilitant un opérateur de service public à exploiter certains services publics de transport de voyageurs sur une ligne, un réseau ou dans une zone donnés, à l’exclusion de tout autre opérateur de service public».
An exclusive right is defined in Article 2(f) as ‘a right entitling a public service operator to operate certain public passenger transport services on a particular route or network or in a particular area, to the exclusion of any other such operator’.
