4.87. Pour qu'une police individuelle soit considérée comme faisant partie d'un régime d'assurance sociale, les faits et les circonstances contre lesquels les participants sont assurés doivent d'une part correspondre aux risques et aux besoins énumérés plus haut (point 4.84) et d'autre part satisfaire à une ou plusieurs des conditions suivantes:
