Par conséquent, au lieu d'ajouter l'intérêt annuel au montant total, il est jugé approprié de supposer qu'un don moyen a été reçu à la moitié de la période d'enquête; l'intérêt doit donc couvrir une période de six mois et être égal à la moitié du taux commercial en vigueur en Inde au cours de la période d'enquête, à savoir 7 %.
Consequently, instead of adding commercial interest to the whole amount, it is considered appropriate to assume that an average grant would have been received at the mid-point of the investigation period, and therefore the interest should cover a period of six months, equivalent to half of the commercial rate during the IP in India, i.e. 7 %.
