(2) Dans le cas d’un aéronef visé au paragraphe (1), la redevance d’atterrissage applicable à l’aéronef à un aéroport donné ne peut être inférieure à la redevance d’atterrissage minimale prévue pour cet aéroport aux articles 1 ou 2 de la partie de l’annexe I dans laquelle figure l’aéroport ou à l’article 1 de l’annexe III, selon le cas.
(2) In the case of any aircraft to which subsection (1) applies, the charge for each landing of the aircraft at an airport shall not be less than the applicable minimum flight landing charge for that airport as shown in section 1 or 2 of the Part of Schedule I that sets out the airport, or in section 1 of Schedule III, as applicable.
